You retain ownership of any content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and display that content solely to operate the service.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time for breach of these terms or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Everpost.Social shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of use of the service.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
